Kirk Pedersen on Peter’s Principles – Part 1
He brings together physical, spiritual and mental health secrets the third Friday of every month at 12:30 PM EST and the third Sunday of every month at 4:30 AM EST. For exercises, go to our local WXYZ Detroit News site.
We could probably recite together the things we should do to be healthy and happy. There’s something special about the motivation that sets those principles into action and that something in Detroit is Peter. He inspires local people to climb out of depression, get a doctor’s check up, kick in their endorphins by exercising, make it to the next day by regaining their passion and claiming their purpose. Can there be a better mission in life now?
Kirk Pedersen on Peter’s Principles – Part 2
Peter experienced a near death experience in 2007 that formed and shaped his way. He battled Crohn’s Disease and for 43 seconds, lost, when his heart stopped completely. When he was revived, his purpose in life both spiritually and occupationally was renewed. He knew that he was here to inspire others and that “it was not his time”. Let Peter inspire you today!
